It might be tempting for a company to “greenwash” their Environmental Policy Statement but we wish to give you the facts. Lofton Label produces no Hazardous Waste and no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) in our manufacturing processes. We recycle 100% of our non-adhesive material (trim and off-cuts). Our remaining solid waste is compacted and shipped 3.7 miles to Resource Recovery Technologies where, on average 92% is made in to fuel pellets that are later used to generate electricity at the Excel Energy Plant in Red Wing, MN. Our investment in Digital Technology will result in massive reductions in set-up waste and changeover waste for short-run print jobs.
